Khonika participated in International Food Festival, organized by Diplomatic Spouses Dhaka in 2016, held at Le Meridien Hotel, Dhaka.
Catch & Cook
Specialized in Western, Middle Eastern, Oriental and Asian and Mughlai Cuisine delivered door to door during COVID-19 Pandemic time. Through this initiative, women involved in cooking, serving and packing got support during locked down time in Dhaka city.
Poly Pochette
An online collection of designers ladies’ handbags by Aangan. Each piece is crafted from premium materials with modern look. Expensive fancy item for the rich and stylish class people to promote local craftsmanship.
Coffee with Poly
Meeting and greeting opportunity to exchange ideas and plans with the members of Aangan time to time at the President’s home or any public places. Intention is to relaxation and refreshment of mind.
Repairing or Building Homes for the Poor
Aangan helps revote or build houses for the people who are living in a poor condition in the slum or rural areas. Aangan built a Mosque in the villages.
Iftar Distribution during Ramadan
Every year, during Ramadan, Aangan distributes Iftar among the villagers.
Enabled Poor Performing Hajj and Umrah
Many people from the village got opportunities to go to Makkah to do Hajj or Umrah with the support of Aangan in the last 19 years.
Emergency Aid
Aangan is always there to help the people in need when a national disaster strikes our country. Aangan goes to the affected areas with dry food items and cash to help them out.
Aangan installed pure drinking water solution in the flood affected areas of Noakhali in 2024.
Helped Start New Families
Aangan supported young girls from rural families by organizing wedding receptions or providing gifts to the newlyweds.

Opening Small Businesses
Since the time of insertion, Aangan helped many people to open their own snack shops, small tea stalls, groceries, poultry, handicrafts, bidi factory and beauty parlour in the village areas to stand on their own feet and help themselves in the long run.
Healthcare
Through Aangan’s set up medical camps in many rural areas, poor people got chances to get themselves examined by specialized physicians and get free medicine.
Helping the Helpers
Wealthy people who are now helping others could be in financial trouble any time in life. Aangan helps them out in their bad days by giving them short term loans. Many well to do families got help from Aangan to get out of their temporary sticky situation.
